Rental Assistance Lottery Application

This is a lottery application which means only a certain number of applicants are selected per month.
An application does not guarantee assistance.

  • Eligible zip codes: 98107, 98177, 98155, 98028, 98133, 98125, 98117, 98103, 98115, 98105, 98195. (If you live outside of these zip codes, your application will NOT receive a response.) 
  • Rental assistance is only available ONE time per 12 months per household, you will not be contacted if you have received assistance within the past 12 months.
  • One application per household. 
  • Rental assistance is ONLY available for PAST DUE balances, not for upcoming payments. 
  • Eviction notices will not be prioritized, funds are first come, first serve.
