  • Eligible zip codes: 98107, 98177, 98155, 98028, 98133, 98125, 98117, 98103, 98115, 98105, 98195. (If you live outside of these zip codes, your application will NOT receive a response.) 
  • Utility assistance is only available ONE time per 12 months per household, you will not be contacted if you have received assistance within the past 12 months.
  • One application per household. 
  • Utility is ONLY available for PAST DUE balances, not for upcoming payments. 
  • If applying for Seattle City Light/Seattle Public Utilities, you MUST apply for the utility discount program as well as bill assistance program prior to your appointment date.
